Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Any regular order may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. The item must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original box. All returns must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. 

Any product(s) that have been worn, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Free returns for size exchanges only. Place a new order on with your correct size and notify our Customer Care team at of your original and newly placed order numbers. Our team will send you a free return label.

A return charge of $60 will apply if your order is being shipped from a remote market (Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and other northern locations).

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Only items purchased on can be returned directly. To return a product purchased at a retail store, please refer to the store where you made the purchase.  

Refunds (if applicable)

Returns for refunds are at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the status of your refund. If it was approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This process will take a few days.

A partial refund only will be granted for an item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items and items sold at a dicount that are not marked as Final Sale may be refunded. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior authorization.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item for refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
