COVID-19 Measures


Our online operations continue despite the state of health emergency.

Our office employees are now back to work and the factory will resume its operations on May 19th. We can now accept product returns. Custom orders are now accepted and will be put into production when the factory reopens. 

To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented strict sanitary measures. Only one employee will work in our warehouse to fulfill orders ensuring social distancing. Employees with cold or flu symptoms or who travelled in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter our premises. Employees will wash their hands while entering into the building and will frequently rub hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. All tools are disinfected with disinfecting wipes at the beginning of each working shift. All in-stock items have been manufactured and stored in our warehouse several weeks prior to the diagnosis of the first case of the virus in Canada. Regular orders will be fulfilled only twice a week to reduce employee travel. Packages are shipped via Canada Post who have recently implemented a Knock, Drop and Go approach to eliminate customer interactions.
