The Aurora slippers are made to order by our artisans in our Quebec City factory. Current lead time for special orders is 2-4 weeks. We will notify you when your order is ready to ship.
No returns and no refunds are possible on made-to-order and custom orders. Make sure to follow the foot measurement instructions and our sizing guides for the selected style before placing an order.
Note that not all our footwear fits the same. Some styles use soles with European (EU) sizes while others use US sizes. Our Customer Care team will contact you to confirm your foot measurements and make sure you selected the right fit prior to processing your order.
Since we are using genuine leather and fur, natural markings and colour of the actual product may vary slightly from the images.
Free standard ground shipping on orders over $150 before taxes.
For orders under $150.00 from Quebec and Ontario, a shipping charge of $15 will be applied.
For orders under $150.00, from the Maritimes, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia, a shipping charge of $20 will be applied.
A shipping charge of 30 $ apply to all orders to Northwest Territories, Yukon or Nunavut.
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 2 business days and should arrive in most Canadian cities within 4 to 7 days from dispatch.
Made-to-order and personalized items will typically ship within 3-4 weeks and should arrive in most Canadian cities within 4-7 business days of dispatch.
Regular orders (outside excluding made-to-order and personalized items) may be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.
Item must be unworn, with original tags attached and in original box.
All returns must include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Any product that has been worn, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
